Hotel insurance owners 'could benefit from London property'

London could be the ideal location for those with hotel insurance and a desire to acquire new property, as visitors are from all demographics, an expert asserts.
Ken Kelling, communications director at Visit London, claims that many people heading to the capital want to spend a lot of money.
He says it currently offers some of the best five-star accommodation in the world, which could be an opportunity for those with hotel insurance cover.
"For some international visitors, that is a big attraction - they want to come to a luxurious destination and they want to spend money," he states.
Mr Kelling says those with smaller budgets are still able to enjoy the city without spending money, hotel insurance cover owners may be interested to discover.
Recent research by the First Rate Exchange Services has found three quarters of international visitors list London as their main port of call, with the top ten attractions including Trafalgar Square, Tower Bridge and London museums.
