Italian housing needs patience, property owners warned
Property owners and investors looking to invest in Italian property should be patient and bide their time according to Kimberley Millhouse, senior move manager at Crown Relocations.

What's more, housing in Italian cities can often be a lot smaller than in their British counterparts, another aspect of the city to be wary of. U
Ultimately Ms Millhouse suggests that patience is a virtue when landing that Italian property.
Ms Millhouse said: "It is common for landlords to ask for three month's rent in advance as a security deposit on the property. This will be returned at the end of the tenancy, provided it is left in good condition."
