London offers great variety to property owners and investors
Property owners have been advised that many different areas of London will make good investment opportunities should they be looking towards the capital during 2012.
Iain Smith, spokesman for the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry, has claimed that because there is business activity prevalent across many areas of London, office investments can generally be considered a good bet.
As well as the traditional centres of industry and business, Mr Smith claims areas such as Silicon Roundabout and Tech City are also doing their bit in terms of London's business prowess.
Mr Smith said: "I think a benefit of London is the wide variety of office locations you have available.
"You have the powerhouse - I guess it's Westminster - because there's so much business activity, but then you have financial centres like the City of London and Canary Wharf."
The London Chamber of Commerce and Industry is an independent, non-profit business support and networking organisation.
