Owners and investors predict boost for UK property market

The managing director of discountletting.co.uk has claimed that many property owners and investors within the UK property market believe that the sector will soon awake from its slump.

Daniel Burgess believes that while the UK is seen as a safe bet when compared to other parts of the EU, the market will improve to make it a truly growth-orientated sector.

If Mr Burgess' predictions ring true then there could be increased sales of commercial property insurance on the card as well as a timely boost in store for the market in general.

Mr Burgess said: "UK and overseas investors believe that ultimately, the UK will move back towards growth and will emerge from the bad times. With this in mind, the capital's financial district is an ideal place to invest for UK and overseas investors who have access to adequate funds."
