New property owners need assistance with letting

The editor and founder of LandlordZONE.co.uk has suggested that property owners, specifically landlords, entering the market need to be furnished with advice and support.
Tom Entwistle has suggested that letting out a property for the first time can be a real learning curve and new landlords should be given all the help they can get when it comes to the process.
Landlords of all ages have plenty to think about when it comes to their letting practices including landlord's property insurance and rent protection insurance.
Mr Entwistle also believes more can be done in terms of protecting reputations, saying: "Problems arise and give landlords a bad name because rogue landlords are allowed to get away with murder - local authorities need to be more assertive and effective.
