To enable us to offer you an online quotation, you must be able to confirm that you meet the following requirements. If you are unable to do so, you will need to contact us on 0800 840 6699 for a quotation.

• Your property is in Great Britain, Isle of Man, and Channel Isles only
• Your buildings sum insured does not exceed £2,500,000
• Your property is not left unoccupied for more than 30 consecutive days
• Your property is in a good state of repair
• You have not had any previous insurance held in which the policy was declined, terminated, renewal refused or subject to any special terms.
• The policyholder or persons in connection with any business the property might be used for has not had any criminal convictions or been declared bankrupt or had their company placed into liquidation.
